Tu trabajo te pertenece a ti.
3. Tus datos y tus respaldos
4. Uso aceptable
No uses One Good Desk para nada ilegal.
English
These terms are an agreement between you and Daysi Morales, Santiago, Chile ("we"), the maker of One Good Desk. By buying or using One Good Desk you accept them. Questions: onegooddesk@gmail.com.
1. What you get
- A personal license to use One Good Desk, a web app for organizing your work, clients, tasks, money and reports.
- One payment. USD 27, once. No subscription.
- Two computers. One key can be active on up to 2 computers at the same time. To move it to a new computer, write to us from your purchase email.
- All version 1 updates included. A future version 2, if there is one, may be sold separately. You keep using the version you have.
2. Your license
You may use One Good Desk for your own work, including paid work for your clients, employers or your own business. You may not share, resell or publish your key, copy or modify the app's code, remove its notices, or try to get around the license check. One Good Desk and its brand, including Otto, belong to us. Your work belongs to you.
3. Your data and your backups
Your work is saved only in your browser, on your computer (see the Privacy Policy). We cannot see, recover or restore it. You are responsible for keeping backups: use Data & Backup, keep the backup reminder on, and store copies somewhere safe. Clearing your browser's data, using private browsing, or long periods without opening the app (especially in Safari, unless installed) can erase it. Installing the app from the browser lowers that risk.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use One Good Desk for anything illegal. It is not designed or approved for medical or health records, or other highly sensitive data that special laws protect (such as patient records). You are responsible for having permission to store the information of other people you put in it, such as your contacts and clients.
5. Documents you create
Invoices, quotes and reports you make with One Good Desk are your documents. You are responsible for their content and for whether they meet the tax or legal rules where you work. One Good Desk is not accounting, tax or legal software and does not give that kind of advice.
6. Purchases and refunds
Lemon Squeezy sells One Good Desk on our behalf as the merchant of record and handles payment, taxes and receipts under its own terms. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: 7 days, no questions asked.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep One Good Desk working well in current versions of Chrome, Edge and Safari on computers. Once activated, it works without internet. We may improve or change features in updates. If we ever stop offering One Good Desk, the version you have will keep working on your computers, and you can always download your backup.
8. No guarantee
One Good Desk is provided "as is". We do our best, but we don't promise it will be error-free or meet every need. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for your license. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be waived.
9. Ending the license
Your license lasts as long as you follow these terms. If you break them in a serious way (for example, by sharing or reselling your key), we may disable your key. You can stop using One Good Desk at any time.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without taking away consumer protections you have in your own country. We prefer to solve any problem by talking first: write to onegooddesk@gmail.com.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email. The terms you accepted when you bought keep applying to that purchase.
